EDI has also published Fluorinated gases in insulation foams, a guide produced within the Working Group on Hazardous Substances that addresses the environmental and safety challenges linked to F-gases found in insulation foams. In addittion, the publication describes where these gases may appear in buildings, how to test for them, and the steps required for safe removal and treatment.
