The Working Group on Hazardous Substances begins preparation of EDI Special Publication 2022

- Following the launch of EDI Special Publication 2021, the Working Group on Hazardous Substances has started preparing the next edition.
We continue to work to inform and educate about the most common hazardous substances in the construction area, especially those linked to total or partial demolition works.
After the launch of the EDI Special Publication 2021, which is being consulted by numerous professionals from all over the world, as well as by administrations, universities and organizations, the Working Group on Hazardous Substances has already started to prepare the new edition.
It will include new substances such as nickel, cadmium and zinc. In addition, case studies will be presented in the various working group sessions, which will also form part of the EDI Special Publication 2022.
This publication is expected to be launched in the first half of next year.
