KAVARMAT joins EDI as a new member, advancing sustainable insulation solutions

The European Decontamination Institute is thrilled to announce KAVARMAT® as its newest member. With over 30 years of experience in textile insulation manufacturing, Kavarmat® is a leader in providing environmentally friendly, high-performance insulation systems.
The company specializes in detecting and removing carcinogenic, mutagenic, and reprotoxic chromium (VI) compounds (chromates), which are also chronically harmful to the environment. These compounds are mainly calcium and sodium chromate and are formed worldwide through the use of insulation materials containing alkali/alkaline earth metals, such as mineral wool and glass fabrics, in high-temperature areas.
