ERIKSEN HMS AS joins EDI as a new member

Eriksen HMS AS is the only consulting engineer company working with asbestos mapping and risk assessment that is licensed to work with asbestos. They have procedures and instructions for mapping and sampling, which provides safety for users of construction.

Eriksen also carry out asbestos and environmental mapping and produce documentation such as mapping reports, environmental remediation descriptions, waste plans, action plans, etc. They are often advisors to developers and contractors in the implementation phase, and perform 3rd party inspections of remediation work carried out. Asbestos has been and is a main focus for Eriksen HMS.

The company have also developed our own system for objective risk assessment of findings, and on the basis of findings and assessed risk, we can draw up proposals for action plans. Eriksen HMS’s CEO is a steering member of the Forum for Environmental Mapping and Remediation, as well as the leader of the Asbestos Forum. The company is located in Bergen, Fyllingsdalen and Hokksund.

Now, the company its part of the European Decontamination Institute.
