Office hours
From September to June: Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 17:00, and Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00
From July to August: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00
The office of the Secretariat will be closed for holidays from the 1st to the 15th of August, and from the 24th of December to the 2nd of January.
